ALPALOVE Shipping Policies
In order for the shipment of the product to be carried out successfully, that is, in an appropriate and timely manner, the client must record the correct information when executing the Purchase Order.
1. Shipping Locations
We proudly ships to the following regions:
United States: We ship to all states, not including Alaska and Hawaii. We currently do not ship to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
European Union: We ship to all EU member countries. Please note that customs duties and local taxes may apply (see Section 11).
2. Processing Time
United States Orders:
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time & Carriers
Estimated delivery time is 3–4 business days. We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our discretion to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
European Union Orders:
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time & Carriers
Estimated delivery time is ~ 5–7 business days. We use USPS, UPS,DHL or FedEx at our discretion to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
Exceptions:
During public holidays, high-demand periods, or unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather conditions or supply chain disruptions), processing times may be longer.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods
We use USPS, UPS,DHL or FedEx at our discretion to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
4. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: Orders over $100.00 (USA) or € 100.00 (EU) qualify for free shipping.
Orders Below the Free Shipping Threshold: Shipping costs are based on the carrier’s rates and package weight.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via courrier’s tracking system. If you do not receive your tracking number within 48 hours of shipment, please contact us to hello@alpalove.com.
6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
Delayed Shipments: If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, please check the tracking details first. If the status remains unchanged for more than 10 days, contact us for assistance.
Lost Packages: If your package is lost or delayed for more than 30 days, you may request a refund or a replacement. However, the shipping carrier is responsible for lost packages, and we will assist in filing a claim on your behalf.
Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address.
7. Damaged Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- To file a claim, email us (hello@alpalove.com) with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and packaging.
- We will assess the claim and may offer a replacement or refund based on the damage severity.
Alpalove is not responsible for damages caused during transit, but we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, we will notify you and arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping fees will apply.
Refused Deliveries: If you refuse delivery, the package will be returned to us. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
9. Wrong Address Liability
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. AlpacaLove is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Corrections Before Shipping: If you realize an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed, we cannot make changes.
Reshipping Costs: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
10. Holiday & Peak Season Delays
During holidays or sales periods, processing and shipping times may be extended due to high order volumes. We recommend placing orders in advance to avoid delays.
11. International Shipping & Customs Duties (EU Customers)
Customs Fees: Orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Customs Delays: Customs clearance times may cause delays in delivery. AlpacaLove is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
