ALPALOVE Return Policy

1. Items Eligible for Return

Alpalove accepts returns on the following items under the conditions outlined below:

  • Yarns: Must be unused and in original condition. Any sign of use will render the return inadmissible. Within the 30 days from delivery date.
  • Duvets: Must not have stains, cuts or any damage. Eligible for return within 100 days from the delivery date as part of our trial period. After this timeframe, duvets are not returnable.
  • Throws: Must be returned unstained and in like-new condition within 30 days of receipt.
  • Beanies: Must be returned unstained and in like-new condition within 30 days of receipt.

All returned products must:

  • Be in their original packaging.
  • Have no cuts, stains, or odors.
  • Include all original tags and accessories.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

2. Return Timeframe

  • Duvets: Must be returned after a 30-night trial but within 30 days of purchase.
  • Throws,Yarns & Beanies: Must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Other Products: Must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items (as indicated at the time of purchase).

Used or damaged products that do not meet the return conditions stated above.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps: 

  1. Your order number.
  2. Photos of the item showing its condition.
  3. Reason for return.
  4. Proof of purchase.
  • You will receive an automated response confirming your request submission.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days with return instructions.
  • Once the return is approved, you will be provided with a return shipping address.
  • Ship the product back to us using  a trackable shipping method.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your package.

Alpalove is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

6. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a return does not meet the eligibility criteria, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

7. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for size or color of the same product if the requested item is in stock.

Exchanges follow the same return conditions and process.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Contact our customer service with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

9. Wrong Address Liability

Customers must ensure they enter the correct shipping address at checkout.If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

Alpalove is not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns that do not meet our policy will be rejected and returned at the customer's expenses.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Please review it periodically for changes.
