The Headband
A free twist headband knitting pattern for Alpalove Super Air yarn โ knit it in Super Air Worsted or Super Air Bulky. It takes just 1 ball, and the only stitch you need is the knit stitch.
The twist looks tricky, but it isn't: you knit a simple garter-stitch strip, then sew the two ends together to create the twist. An easy first project, and a quick one for chilly mornings.
Yarn: 1 ball of Super Air Worsted (70% baby alpaca, 30% recycled polyamide) or Super Air Bulky (85% baby alpaca, 15% recycled polyamide).
Needles: US 6 (4 mm) for Worsted ยท US 10 (6 mm) for Bulky.
Size: fits a 21ยพโ22ยพ in (55โ58 cm) head โ easy to adjust.
Skill level: beginner โ knit stitch only.
